Kraftsman's warranty policy was included in the purchase documents of every Kraftsman trailer. Please consult your warranty paperwork for more information on coverages.

If you have a warranty claim, please email us at warranty@kraftsmantrailers.com. Please include the following information as relevant:

Model and VIN #
What occurred/is occuring, or what you believe the issue to be
Where you were hauling the trailer at the time of the incident or noticed issue
What you were hauling on the trailer at the time of the incident or noticed issue
What you were hauling the trailer with (what vehicle) at the time of the incident or noticed issue
Photos as applicable (please try to be thorough with photos, and attach them to your email)

Our warranty team will be acknowledge your claim as soon as possible, evaluate the situation, and be in touch with you as soon as able!
