Mr. Pave
Mr. Pave, an asphalt contractor in central VA, initially purchased a Kraftsman trailer to solve a problem they frequently encountered at the job site: loading and unloading machines took too long.
Kraftsman worked with the team at Mr. Pave to understand their business and market and recommend trailers that could handle the type of equipment they needed to haul and improve their speed and efficiency in the field. They needed to be able to load and unload their equipment more quickly, and Kraftsman’s 18K partial tilt fender equipment trailer provided the answer. Mr. Pave opted to purchase a T6-18, which kicked off a strong relationship between the two companies, and Kraftsman has been proud to partner with them as they expand the business across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The paving contractor has since purchased several more T6-18s, along with a lowboy paver special, and a 40k gooseneck paver special. Their team appreciates the ease of ordering more of the trailers they need directly from Kraftsman when they need to expand the fleet, rather than starting from square one with a new trailer company each time. “Kraftsman’s quality is top of the line,” said Tim Dantas, founder and president of Mr. Pave. “We believe that we can put any of our equipment on their trailers and feel safe driving it around, because of the quality of their product. Once you purchase from them you won’t want to buy a trailer anywhere else.”
