Kraftsman offers equipment trailers in two different configurations: Flatbed Equipment Trailers and Tilt Equipment Trailers. Equipment trailers are very versatile, and feature low deck heights, keeping the center of gravity as low as possible. Equipment trailers are popular for construction use, paving, farm use, and more. The difference in our Equipment Trailer series are outlined below:
- Flatbed Equipment Trailers come with ramps. These ramps are adjustable, allowing vehicles of varying widths to be loaded. A flatbed equipment trailer has a one piece deck from the front to the rear of the bed, allowing multiple pieces of equipment to be loaded. These trailers are available in GVWR ratings from 6,000 to 24,000 lb.
- Tilt Equipment Trailers come with a 15' Tilting Bed. These trailers are popular for loading low clearance machinery, such as scissor lifts. They are also popular for hauling several attachments with a machine. All partial tilt trailers come with a stationary section of deck in the front. These trailers are available in GVWR ratings from 14,000 to 18,000 lb.
