ABOUT THE HP-38 PAVER SPECIAL TRAILER

Kraftsman's HP-30 PS is our heaviest electric brake trailer. It carries the same features as our heavier air brake trailers, but with slightly lighter electric brake axles.

The main frame is a 14" I-beam weighing 26 lb. per foot. It has 4" pierced crosspieces on 16" centers, and an 8" channel side rail with knee braces.

The HP-30 PS is loaded with features that make it perfect for the paving industry! It features 17.5" 16 ply tires, two 16,000 lb. heavy wall oil bath axles, and a Hutch 9700 suspension with a 49" axle spread. It is decked with 2" nominal oak decking, and is equipped with 8' x 34" hydraulic ramps. Each trailer is equipped with a 6' wood-lined beavertail and a 35" unloaded deck height.

The trailer comes standard with a 40,000 GVWR rating (31,500 lb. capacity) and is available in three sizes: 102" x 30' (24' + 6'), 102" x 32' (26' + 6'), and 102" x 34' (28' + 6')
